Ideal for small joints. Bonds almost all solid and flexible materials, such as many plastics (such as rigid PVC, ABS, PS, Plexiglas®, polycarbonate (Makrolon®), and phenolic resins (Bakelite®)), leather, porcelain, ceramics , metal, wood, cork , felt, fabric (do a test first), and rubber. Partly suitable for glass (over a certain period of time the bond becomes brittle and weakens).
Not suitable for PE, PP, silicone resins and rubbers, PTFE, Styrofoam, leather fabrics and clothing.
Do not use at temperatures below + 10 ° C. The glue responds best to a level of air humidity 50-70%.
The surfaces to be glued must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease, and must fit perfectly.
All traces of dust, oil, grease, wax or separating agent must be thoroughly removed from the surfaces to be to hit The best way to achieve this is to rub the parts several times with suitable solvents such as acetone (if suitable for the material - check first!). For metals and metal alloys, roughing the surface with sandpaper or grinding or brushing is usually sufficient.
1. To pierce the membrane, turn the entire cap clockwise to place it on the container. Do not press while drilling. 2. Unscrew the top cap to reveal the applicator. 3. Apply a thin layer of adhesive on one of the parts, exerting enough pressure in the center of the body of the container (an excess of glue slows down the curing process considerably). Press the pieces together immediately. After use: Clean the mouthpiece with a dry tissue and replace the cap.
When sticking in low humidity, the drying time can be shortened by breathing briefly on one of the pieces to be glued. The best bonding results are achieved at room temperature.
Contains cyanoacrylate. Bonds skin and eyelids in seconds. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and see a doctor. In case of skin contact, the glue can be dissolved by soaking in warm soapy water. Next, apply a skin cream. May cause respiratory irritation. Avoid breathing vapors. Keep out of reach of children.
Clean immediately remove excess glue with a dry cloth. After drying, the glue residue is very difficult to remove. Acetone dissolves glue, but very slowly (check its suitability first).
Store in a dry, cool, frost-free place. Storage below +5°C (in the refrigerator) ensures maximum shelf life.
