Delivery times
The delivery time starts from the date of the order and confirmation of payment. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not fall in this period. All those orders that have chosen pick up in store, shall be paid for its preparation. The customer will receive a notification indicating that the order is ready. Cancellations of orders for delivery in-store will have a penalty of 10% of the order.

Returns

Warranty of our products

Also, LaTiendaDeElectricidad.com shall not be responsible or liable for expenses arising from installation, removal, inspection, etc... that may arise from the replacement of a defective product or wrong. Not efecturará no payment for the return of defective product after 30 days from the delivery of the order. LaTiendaDeElectricidad.com will send the repaired product or new to the shipping address provided by the customer.
