Nural- 34 Gray (1 Tablet 50 Grams).
- 1 Tablet 50 grams.
- Pattex Nural 34 glues, fills, rebuilds and seals (cracks, holes, fissures and joints) permanently. Once hardened, it can be sanded, polished, drilled, machined and painted.
- Adheres to iron, steel, stainless steel, chrome-plated steel, nickel-plated steel, aluminium, copper, brass, tin and lead. It is also suitable for glass, crystal, fiberglass, plastics, wood, marble, cement and uralite.
- Instructions for use:
1. The surfaces to be joined must be free of dust and grease. For this they can be cleaned with alcohol or acetone.
2. Sand surfaces whenever possible. Adherence on rough surfaces is greater than on smooth surfaces.
3. Cut portions equal in volume (equal length) from both components.
4. Knead until you get a uniform color. Gloves are recommended.
5. Apply the product. Ensure good contact with the surface to be repaired.
- Mixing and handling time: 1 hour is available to mix and apply the product.
- Handling time: 3 hours. Do not move or stress until after this time.
- Hardening time: After 6 hours, it resists 30 Kg/cm2. This resistance allows the product to be sanded, machined or drilled. These values are valid for temperatures between 20 and 25ºC. To accelerate hardening, the joint or repair can be subjected to a temperature of about 70ºC, on the contrary, low temperatures delay hardening. While it hardens, it is recommended to keep the piece joined or repaired above 15ºC.
- Thermal resistance: -30ºC to +150ºC. In joints subjected to great stress, it is recommended not to exceed +70ºC.
- Shear tensile strength (EN 1465): 50 Kg/cm2 (24 hours, 23ºC, steel).
