This handle has great rigidity, toughness and extraordinary resistance to wear. We recommend washing the knife by hand. The blade of the knives measures 10 cm and is 1.2 mm thick. The knives are made of stainless steel with a shiny polished finish, and the handle material is polypropylene. Three colors to choose from: red, green and blue.
