French forged vegetable knife Aguacejo Model ideal for peeling and extracting the core of fruits and vegetables. It is very common to use this type of knives in traditional cooking and, currently, in the preparation of dishes with special presentations. Its blade is very strong and the sharpening is done by hand by professional knife makers. Blade measurement 13 cm. A differentiating feature of this knife is the ferrule, since it joins the handle and the tang in a single piece. This reinforcement that goes between the blade and the handle serves as a trim and protector for the hands, as it prevents cuts if the knife slips. Vegetable knife composed of a blade made of 5cr15MoV stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm. A handle of great design and style, endowed with rigidity, tenacity and extraordinary resistance to wear that incorporates, at the end of the knife, a stainless steel finish. The handle is made of POM, with a matte gloss polished finish. The rivets are made of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel and are composed of 2 pieces: male and female, which permanently fix the handle to the blade. Available in red.
