The sharpening of the blade allows for easy, effortless and smooth movement. A differentiating feature of this knife is the ferrule, since it joins the handle and the tang in a single piece. This reinforcement that goes between the blade and the handle serves as a trim and protector for the hands, as it prevents cuts if the knife slips. Ham and salmon knife composed of a blade made of 5cr15MoV stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm. A handle of great design and style, endowed with rigidity, tenacity and extraordinary resistance to wear that incorporates, at the end of the knife, a stainless steel finish. The handle is made of POM, with a matte gloss polished finish. The rivets are made of stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion, and are composed of 2 pieces: male and female, which permanently fix the handle to the blade. Available in red.
