Clara Series Ham Knife 250 mm For ham lovers, a long, thin knife with a flexible blade and a smooth edge. At Arcos we set ourselves a challenge two years ago: to be able to offer a haute cuisine knife adapted to everyone's budget. This is how Clara was born, this series of knives that bring the world of professional cooking to all homes. Ham knife with a 250 mm forged blade made of NITRUM® stainless steel, nitrogen-based and ecological steel since nitrogen is found in the atmosphere and its enrichment process has no negative effects on air, water or soil. This material allows it to improve its cutting capacity and the durability of its edge. Its handle is injected, the Polypropylene (PP) is injected in a liquid state and solidifies around the tang of the knife forming a single blade-handle block.
