The built-in electric lock release is a device that is installed in the door frame to control its opening from a remote place by means of an electrical device. In an electronic door entry system, it is possible to activate the door opener at the entrance to the building and allow the visitor access from the telephone or monitor of the house by pressing the 'key' button for the door opener. A flush-mount lock release is composed of an electrical mechanism and an armature.
Reversible (DIN Right or DIN Left).
It allows the opening both to the right and to the left.
Symmetrical.
It allows changing hands while maintaining the symmetry of the body.
DIN REGULATIONS
DIN REGULATIONS establishes the opening direction of the door and designates the type of lock release installed.
Looking at the door from the side where the hinges are visible:
-If the Hinges are to the left of the observer, it is a Left DIN lock release.
-If the hinges are to the right of the observer, it is a Right DIN lock release.
There are several types of lock release mechanisms, it depends on the TYPE OF OPERATION required.
TYPE A_AUTOMATIC 12Vac:
• A (Automatic Operation and activation at 12 Vac): the lock release is automatically unlocked when receive a voltage pulse from 12Vac. The lock release locks once the tension stops and the door opens and closes mechanically again. For a correct installation, the automatic bolt must be pressed about 3mm by the latch of the door once it is closed.
MAX ADJUSTABLE LATCH:
The lock release includes a latch adjustable, allowing an exact fit between the latch and the latch of the lock, with a margin of 4mm. Allows the door leaf not to press the lock release latch.

For interior doors.
Gray metallic trim type S that together with an electrical mechanism forms a flush-mount lock release.
