The flush-mounted electric lock release is a device that is installed in the door frame to control its opening from a remote place by means of an electrical device. In an electronic doorphone installation, it is possible to activate the door opener at the entrance to the building and allow the visitor to access from the telephone or monitor of the house by pressing the door opener button. A flush-mount door opener is made up of an electrical mechanism and an armature.

Reversible (DIN Right or DIN Left).
It allows opening both to the right and to the left.
Symmetrical.
Allows you to change hands while maintaining the symmetry of the body.

DIN REGULATIONS
DIN REGULATIONS establishes the opening direction of the door and designates the type of lock release installed.
Looking at the door from the side where the hinges are visible:
-If the hinges are to the observer's left, it is a Left DIN lock release.
-If the hinges are to the observer's right, it is a Right DIN lock release.

There are several types of lock release mechanisms, it depends on the TYPE OF OPERATION that is needed.
TYPE A-412_AUTOMATIC 12Vdc:
• A-412 (Automatic Operation and activation at 12 Vdc): the lock release is automatically unlocked when it receives a 12Vdc voltage pulse. The lock release locks once the tension stops and the door opens and closes mechanically again. For a correct installation the automatic bolt must be pressed about 3mm by the slide of the door once it is closed.

MAX ADJUSTABLE LATCH:
The opener includes an adjustable latch, allowing an exact fit between the latch and the latch of the lock, with a margin of 4mm. Allows the door leaf not to press the release latch.

Type S embeddable armature.
For passage doors.
S-type gray metal trim that, together with an electrical mechanism, forms a flush-mounted lock release.
