It is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent temperature distribution for perfect cooking of all our recipes. It is an ideal frying pan for preparing countless recipes by combining its different sizes. The smaller ones are perfect for preparing sauces or making fried eggs, while in the larger diameter ones you can cook meat, fish, a grilled chicken breast, brown some breaded sirloin steaks or fry potatoes. They are ideal for sautéing mushrooms and preparing a scrambled egg, as well as for making ratatouille, Bolognese sauce, any carbonara pasta or for cooking béchamel for croquettes. The smaller pans are the perfect size for frying croquettes, empanadas, fritters or doughnuts in an optimal way, quickly and maintaining the oil temperature.
