It is a robust grill made of cast aluminium with a PFOA-free Teflon Innovations non-stick coating. It is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also has excellent temperature distribution for perfect cooking of all our recipes. It includes two green silicone handles for comfortable handling of the grill. The Prior smooth grill is ideal for cooking food, both on the stove and in the oven, in a very healthy and simple way. Its wide diffuser base is perfect for preparing both meat or fish, as well as the garnish you want to accompany it with, at the same time. Quickly, with hardly any fat and without anything sticking, you can prepare the most delicious meals and dinners. By brushing the grill with the usual oil or with an aromatised one, you can give a different touch to the meat or fish on each occasion.
