Due to its composition, the gel exerts a great power of attraction on ants, which ingest it. Given its special viscosity, it is transported to the interior of the nests, infecting the colony. The active substance imidacloprid and the formulated dose produce a delayed death effect, giving the necessary and sufficient time to allow the exchange of food between ants with the consequent infestation of queens and larvae, thus spreading it to the entire colony and achieving its elimination. It is advisable to eliminate other nearby sources of food to enhance the consumption of the insecticidal gel. Application Method Spot application of the product in cracks or crevices in areas of transit and/or proliferation of insects, using a drop-shaped syringe. For use both indoors and outdoors. Indoor dose: Apply 1-2 drops of gel per m2, 1 drop of gel per linear meter for black ants. The drops should be approximately 1 cm (equivalent to 0.2 g). Outdoor dosage: Apply 1 drop of gel per linear metre in the transit of rows of ants or inject up to 2 g of product directly at the entrance to the nest. The drops should be approximately 1 cm (equivalent to 0.2 g). The treated area should be protected from rain and direct sunlight. The bait drops will remain active and palatable for several months, although it is advisable to carry out an inspection after 1 week after application, depending on the degree of infestation, to replace the gel consumed if necessary. It can be used both indoors (kitchens, pantries, warehouses, etc.) and outdoors (patios, terraces, balconies, etc.) in those places where ants proliferate or move.
